The patient presented at the clinic with extensive edentulism and compromised teeth that could no longer be incorporated into a conservative treatment plan. The clinical situation necessitated a comprehensive approach to oral rehabilitation.

Following assessment, it was decided to extract the irrecoverable teeth and place dental implants using the All-on-4 NeoArch Neodent system, with four implants in each arch. The procedure allowed for the immediate placement of a fixed provisional restoration, providing the patient with functionality from the very first days following treatment.

The surgical procedure was performed by Dr Cătălin Mărtișcă, a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, whilst the prosthetic phase was coordinated by Dr Adelina Budiș, a specialist in Prosthodontics, at DENT ESTET Sibiu.
