Multidisciplinarity means that each patient's treatment plan is coordinated by a case manager who oversees a team of doctors specialized in all branches of dentistry: implantology, surgery, dental aesthetics/prosthetics, orthodontics, periodontology, endodontics, and laser dentistry.
We are a community of 622 dedicated members, including 190 dentists certified in all branches of dental medicine. Together, we provide an integrated experience through:
- 110 high-tech equipped units, including 9 fully equipped surgical rooms for procedures performed under the supervision of an anesthesiology specialist
- 7 unique centers of excellence in Romania (DE Implant Division, Aesthetic Division, Ortho DE Digital Team, DE Laser Division, DE Laser Periodontics Team, and DE Endodontics Team)
- 1 digital dental laboratory – Aspen
- 10 fully digitalized imaging and radiology centers, including cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) machines
- 10 digital photo studios - Future Smile Studio
- 7 psychology offices to support those who need emotional assistance while taking care of their dental health
- 1 educational program in medical management – ADOM.

The Partnership with Prof. Dr. Paulo Maló
Since 2020, our services of excellence and the infrastructure created within the DENT ESTET clinics have been recognized by the renowned Prof. Dr. Paulo Maló, the inventor of the All-on-4 concept.
Through the partnership with Prof. Dr. Maló, the DENT ESTET Implant Division doctors benefit from mentorship on complex total oral restoration cases and provide advanced solutions in the shortest time for patients with edentulism or bone loss.
Digital dentistry
In recent years, we have focused on digitizing the patient experience and invested in the latest diagnostic, treatment, and dental technologies to increase the accuracy and efficiency of treatments. We believe that when technologies are leveraged by experienced dentists who are eager for continuous improvement, the patient experience is greatly enhanced.
We are advocates for the benefits of digital dentistry to transform the way dental visits are perceived. Building a close relationship between the dentist and the patient is based on trust and respect. Therefore, we want every patient to feel heard and actively involved in decision-making, and digital technologies help us achieve this. Transparent communication and predictable outcomes are essential for ensuring that at the end of the treatment, the patient enjoys dental health and a harmonious smile that enhances their appearance.
Together We Make Romania well
In 2017, our values were recognized by MedLife, the largest private healthcare provider in Romania. Together, we built a strong partnership that contributes to the development of the DENT ESTET clinic group nationwide.
We joined forces to bring change to the Romanian private healthcare system. According to EU statistics, Romania currently has around 17,000 dental professionals, with a ratio of 0.84 dentists per 1,000 inhabitants. However, Romania ranks low in Europe regarding the budget allocated to oral health.
The explanation might lie in the fact that prevention continues to be a challenge, with Romanians still choosing to visit the dentist for treatment, not for prevention.
According to a study conducted in 2022,
over 70% of Romanians suffer from untreated dental conditions, although most can be prevented at an early stage with proper oral hygiene and regular dentist visits. Additionally, while 88% of respondents express concern for their dental health, only 55% consider their dental health to be optimal.
