The role of a Patient Care Coordinator is crucial. They introduce patients to the medical team during the first visit, provide a detailed treatment plan, and explain procedures, techniques, costs, and payment options.
The PCC facilitates transparent information flow between the patient and the multidisciplinary medical team, ensuring trust and safety throughout each treatment stage.
