Aesthetic and functional reconstruction

At the age of 47, Gheorghe P. chose to smile with confidence once again. At DENT ESTET Sibiu, we approached his case as a project in facial architecture, where functionality and aesthetics complement one another. It all began with a digital analysis of 4D dynamic occlusion, a technology that allowed us to visualise the dynamics of his smile before making any changes, ensuring that the new design was in perfect harmony with his features. The reconstruction itself focused on durability: we replaced the old restorations and saved every natural tooth through endodontic retreatment using the Leica microscope. For the edentulous areas, we relied on the stability of premium implants, over which we placed computer-milled zirconia crowns using CAD-CAM technology. The finishing touch was provided by the EMAX veneers, which harmonised the entire smile, giving Mr Gheorghe not only a flawless set of teeth, but also the confidence to smile again with all his might.
