Comprehensive dental restoration using ASPEN Digital Smile Design
The initial stage involved advanced professional cleaning using EMS Airflow® Prophylaxis Master technology, to ensure the controlled removal of bacterial plaque and optimal preparation of the oral cavity. Subsequently, the necessary treatments were carried out to stabilise dental health, including endodontic treatment under LEICA microscopic guidance and the extraction of a wisdom tooth. Digital planning played an essential role in achieving a harmonious aesthetic result. Using Digital Smile Design (SmileCloud), the medical team was able to simulate and customise the patient’s future smile, perfectly integrating her facial features and preferences. The digital impression taken with the 3Shape Trios intraoral scanner and the occlusal analysis using ModJaw 4D technology contributed to the precision and functionality of the final result. The aesthetic restoration included PREMIUM EMAX veneers and PREMIUM EMAX and zirconia crowns, fabricated in the ASPEN Digital Smile Design laboratory, to achieve an optimal balance between aesthetics and durability.
