The patient presented for a comprehensive assessment, requiring an integrated approach that took into account both oral health and the functional stability and final aesthetics of her smile. The treatment plan was devised following a full maxillary and mandibular CT scan, a periodontal assessment and a digital occlusal analysis using Modjaw 4D, to gain a precise understanding of the dental relationships and how masticatory forces would be distributed. In the first stage, endodontic treatment was performed on a single-rooted tooth under ZEISS microscopic guidance. This was followed by site preparation via bone augmentation with Bio-Oss and a Bio-Gide membrane, to ensure optimal bone support. Nobel Biocare dental implants were inserted, and the restoration was constructed as an All-on-4 prosthesis, with a titanium framework, for stability, functionality and durability. The aesthetic finish was achieved by fitting PREMIUM ASPEN Digital Smile Design dental crowns and veneers, which replicate the natural texture and translucency of enamel. This restoration meant a return to a normal life: eating without restrictions, speaking freely and smiling genuinely, without hesitation. A fixed solution provides stability, and this stability has restored her confidence and sense of freedom in her daily life.
