The patient, Mihaela M., aged 57, presented at the clinic with old and problematic dental work, edentulous areas and numerous teeth in an advanced state of decay.
Following clinical and imaging assessments, it was decided that the compromised teeth should be extracted and a complete oral rehabilitation carried out by inserting four implants in each arch, using the Neodent NeoArch system.
The procedure enabled the immediate placement of a fixed full-arch restoration, providing the patient with a functional and aesthetic solution from the very first days following treatment. The final restoration was completed six months after the procedure, once the implants had fully integrated.
For our patient, the result means not just a new smile, but a tangible change in her daily life: she can eat without discomfort, she can speak without worrying about unstable restorations, and she is smiling again, naturally, with much greater confidence.
