PREMIUM Cosmetic Restoration

The story of this transformation began with a complex challenge: poor oral health, characterised by the presence of bacterial plaque and old restorations that had lost their integrity. Our team’s objective was to rebuild a healthy foundation, followed by a prosthetic restoration that combines natural biometrics with premium aesthetics. The first step towards the new smile was the Guided Biofilm Therapy prophylaxis protocol, carried out using the Exclusive EMS Airflow® Prophylaxis Master system. This stage not only ensured a deep clean but also prepared the periodontal tissue for the gingivo-alveolar plastic surgery, essential for achieving a symmetrical and healthy gingival contour.

With the aid of a microscope, we preserved the vitality of the teeth through precision endodontic treatments. Subsequently, after removing the old restorations, we moved on to the digital design stage. Using the Trios 3Shape intraoral scanner, we eliminated the discomfort of traditional impressions and achieved millimetre-level accuracy. The final restoration was carried out in the ASPEN digital aesthetics laboratory, where we seamlessly integrated state-of-the-art solutions to ensure a long-lasting result. We opted for PREMIUM ZIRCONIA crowns on implants, renowned for their exceptional strength and biocompatibility, and PREMIUM EXAM veneers, customised using Digital Smile Design to achieve a natural aesthetic. This transformation was supported by leading implantology solutions, utilising Nobel Biocare systems with Bio-Oss bone grafting and Straumann BLX SLActive implants, thus ensuring long-term functional stability and perfect biological integration.
