The restoration of our patient's smile began with a fundamental alignment phase, using a self-ligating bracket system to correct the position of the teeth in an effective and stable manner. This orthodontic phase was not only aimed at aesthetics, but also sought to create a uniform base, essential for the success of subsequent prosthetic restorations. By optimising the position of the teeth, we ensured healthy support and correct distribution of masticatory forces, preparing the context for the high-precision technological interventions that followed.

The case was completed by combining structural strength and aesthetics. We opted for ceramic crowns made using CAD-CAM computerised milling and Emax Ivoclar veneers applied to both arches. The choice of these materials was strategic in order to achieve a translucency identical to that of natural enamel, while offering long-lasting durability.
