For 16 years market leader in the field of dental medicine services in Romania, the DENT ESTET group of clinics has been awarded again this year with the 1st place in the top dental clinics in our country, according to official data provided by the Chamber of Commerce. The group aims to achieve a turnover exceeding 5 million euros in 2015.
"The financial data is the result of the continuous effort to offer patients premium treatments and comfort. Revenues grow along with the growth of our multidisciplinary team, the number of clinics and therefore the number of patients, ensured by a high-performance management system. The 7 clinics for adults, children and teenagers employ 197 specialists, more than 70 of whom are doctors. All of them contribute to the very high turnover", explains Dr. Oana Taban, Founder & CEO of DENT ESTET.
The top dental clinics in Romania include Dental Med, which occupies the second position, with a turnover of 3 million euros, Medical Tours and Implantodent. These are household names on the dental market, competing for the top spots every year.
"The progress I see in the whole market gives me confidence that more and more dental clinic owners and developers understand the importance of implementing an efficient management system and innovative treatment techniques. In our field, technological innovation, impeccable care by a super-specialized team, interdisciplinarity, patient management and patient education are the basic elements of business development. This is also the reason why, in 2013, we took the decision to offer the know-how we have acquired to other clinics through the Dental Office Managers School", adds Dr. Oana Taban.
As a trend, the behaviour of Romanian patients towards dental services has profoundly changed in recent years. Romanians are more and more interested in the quality of the medical act and in the choice of a multidisciplinary, supra-specialized team to be found in the same dental clinic.
This behaviour is even more visible when it comes to complex treatments, the success of which is ensured only by impeccable training of the doctor, interdisciplinary communication and high-performance technology. Thus, while in 2010, the demand for dental implant treatments generated less than 8% of the total receipts of the group, five years later it is approaching 30%.
