Appearing on Prima TV's "Sănătate cu Stil" (Health with Style) programme, Dr. Alexandru Georgescu, Medical Director of DENT ESTET, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Primary General Dentistry Physician and Specialist Periodontologist, explained the advantages of immediate loading dental implants and digital treatment planning. 

Basically, in suitable cases, the implant is inserted and fitted with a temporary fixed crown on the same day or within the first 24–48 hours, so that the patient can quickly regain their smile and confidence.

However, the success of this procedure depends on careful evaluation and the stability of the implant in the bone. As Dr. Alexandru Georgescu pointed out on the Sănătate cu stil programme, immediate loading is possible when local conditions, especially bone volume and density, allow for firm fixation of the implant. In complex cases, such as total rehabilitation on 4-6 implants, the patient can benefit from fixed teeth in a very short time, if the correct medical criteria are met.

Digital technology plays an essential role, integrated into the entire treatment flow at DENT ESTET: from computed tomography (CBCT) and guided planning to optical impressions made with an intraoral scanner and digital milling of zirconium crowns. This approach increases the precision of the procedure, reduces discomfort and offers predictable aesthetic and functional results.
