Dr Ana Păvălan

Dr. Ana Păvălan has been a paediatric dentist at the DENT ESTET 4 KIDS dental clinic in Craiova since 2023. Ever since her teenage years, she has been fascinated by the power of a healthy smile and aspired to study at the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Craiova.

Passionate about dentistry, Dr. Ana Păvălan became a specialist in periodontology in 2025, after completing her residency programme. She is currently a PhD student in the Department of Periodontology at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Craiova.

Dr. Ana Păvălan says she enjoys every moment spent with her young patients. “I love seeing how children become curious and imaginative when they discover the world of dentistry, and how they leave the surgery with a smile on their faces and without any fear. My aim is to turn my patients’ visits into an enjoyable experience, with elements that are both fun and educational. I want to understand their curiosities as well as their fears, and I dedicate every minute I spend with them to providing explanations tailored to their level of understanding, using stories and games.” – Dr. Ana Păvălan
