About
Dr Andra Mareș is a dentist at DENT ESTET Brașov, with a professional interest in periodontology and the prevention of gum disease. She graduated from the ‘Carol Davila’ University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, where she studied dentistry between 2020 and 2026. Her academic background also includes a period of study at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany, during the 2024–2025 academic year.
Her training includes courses and workshops on oral prophylaxis, biofilm management and treatment planning based on CBCT scans. In 2023, she completed the GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) certification course organised by the Swiss Dental Academy, and in 2025 she took part in the iTOP (Individually Trained Oral Prophylaxis) workshop held in Erlangen, Germany.
