Dr. Monica Cosma

Dr. Monica Cosma is a pediatric dentist at the DENT ESTET 4 KIDS Arad clinic. She graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at the “Vasile Goldiș” Western University in Arad, and her work is dedicated to preventing and treating children’s oral health problems.

In approaching each case, she takes into account both the child’s medical needs, as well as their level of cooperation and the emotions associated with visiting the dentist. Through patience, empathy and age-appropriate communication, she aims to gradually build a relationship of trust with each patient.

Dr. Monica Cosma uses the “tell-show-do” technique, through which she explains the procedure, shows the child the instruments in an age-appropriate manner, and then performs the treatment. This approach helps the child understand what is coming and gradually familiarize themselves with the experience in the office. At the same time, parents receive clear information about the child’s dental situation and recommendations for oral care.

Outside of work, he spends time with his family, friends, and his four cats: Oreo, Bella, Tommy, and Luna.
