I was drawn to this field from the outset due to the complexity of the profession and its highly practical component. I am a hands-on person, and dentistry has provided me with a clear balance between precision, aesthetics and direct contact with patients.
The environment in which I grew up also played an important role. My father worked as a dental technician for about 25 years, which familiarised me with this field at an early age. The values that guide me are honesty, empathy and the desire to deliver quality results.
 

Dr. Andreea Rădeanu played an essential role in my professional career, being my mentor at the beginning of my journey. I greatly appreciated her patience, willingness to explain, and her way of working, both with patients and from a professional point of view.
She was a clear example of balance between medical competence and a human approach.
 

It helped me become more attentive to details and more organised in the way I structure my clinical thinking. Explaining each step has encouraged me to consolidate my own knowledge and be more aware of my responsibility as a professional role model.

Technology plays an essential role in my daily practice. I frequently use the intraoral scanner as an alternative method of impression taking in prosthetic work.
I appreciate that at DENT ESTET we have access to modern technology, because it offers precision, predictability and a high level of comfort for both the patient and the dentist.
 

For me, a successful outcome is one in which both the doctor and the patient are completely satisfied.
Technology plays a decisive role by reducing errors, increasing accuracy and offering better predictability of the final result. However, communication with the patient and the way in which we manage to build a strong relationship over time are just as important.
 

In complex cases, multidisciplinary collaboration is essential. I frequently work with orthodontists or specialists in dento-alveolar surgery to resolve all dental issues faced by the patient before proceeding with cosmetic treatments. In other situations, the intervention of an endodontist, using a microscope, is a crucial step in continuing the treatment plan.
The DENT ESTET team is united, communicative and open, and this is directly reflected in the results achieved.
 

I remember a patient who was extremely self-conscious about his front teeth and avoided smiling.
After cosmetically restoring his smile, I handed him a mirror. His reaction was a hug and a sincere "thank you." I was very happy that I had made a real contribution to changing that patient's quality of life.
 

I am motivated by continuous professional development and patient feedback. I constantly strive to provide the highest quality treatments. Outside the office, sports, travel and time spent with my family help me maintain my balance and energy.
