Adrian Cozma

Adrian Cozma is part of the ASPEN Dental Laboratory team, where he serves as Manager on Duty, contributing to the coordination and monitoring of the operational workflow of dental prosthetic cases.

A graduate of the “Carol Davila” Post-secondary Healthcare School, specializing as a general medical assistant, Adrian began his professional journey in the service industry, an experience that helped him develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Later, his role as a medical assistant within the DENT ESTET clinics provided him with a direct understanding of the needs of the dental field and the importance of effective collaboration between medical and technical teams.

As ASPEN’s Manager on Duty, Adrian oversees the distribution of prosthetic cases, monitors communication between the laboratory and dentists to ensure compliance with working protocols, and coordinates essential administrative processes that support the laboratory’s daily operations.

His responsibilities include organizing case review meetings, centralizing adjustments and remakes, monitoring dental technicians’ schedules, and managing operational reporting. He also contributes to team integration and effective communication, including serving as a translator for Ukrainian colleagues.
