Alexandra Stănilă

Alexandra Stănilă has been part of the DENT ESTET Sibiu team since 2021 and currently serves as Dental Office Manager at the DENT ESTET 4 Kids Sibiu clinic. 

A graduate of two faculties at the “Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu – Journalism, Communication & Public Relations and Psychology – Alexandra has built her career in a field focused on people and interpersonal relationships. 

She began her career at DENT ESTET as a Front Desk Officer, an experience that gave her the opportunity to understand the importance of every interaction with the patient and the impact that organisation and communication have on the clinic experience. 

In 2022, she transitioned to the role of Dental Office Manager, and in September 2024 shejoined the DENT ESTET 4 KIDS team, where she coordinates the clinic’s operational activities and works closely with the medical and support teams to ensure an efficient workflow and the most comfortable experience possible for young patients and their families. 

Alexandra stands out for her dedication and her balance of firmness and empathy. She is detail-oriented and believes that genuine commitment and consistency always make the difference.
