Alina Picior

Alina Picior is the Dental Office Manager at the DENT ESTET clinic in Brașov, playing a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations and enhancing the patient experience.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, specialising in Management, at Transilvania University in Brașov, Alina has further developed her professional career through programmes in Leadership Coaching and Strategic Negotiations.

Her performance in handball, from childhood onwards, instilled in her discipline, team spirit and perseverance – values that are reflected today in her working style and results-oriented approach. She began her career in the hospitality sector, an experience that provided her with a professional foundation, subsequently developing over nine years of expertise in operational management and team coordination.

Alina joined the DENT ESTET team in the Front Desk department, where she gained a deep understanding of patient relations and clinical workflow. Her progression to the role of Dental Office Manager came naturally, driven by a desire to actively contribute to the team’s efficiency and to establish a high standard of organisation and patient experience.

She currently coordinates operational activities at the DENT ESTET clinic in Brașov and ensures that every stage of the patient’s journey is clear, organised and comfortable. She stands out for her empathy, attention to detail and ability to strike a balance between operational rigour and a human touch.
