Andra Mărgeanu

Andra Mărgeanu is the HR Manager of the DENT ESTET Group. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business administration from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and a master's degree in Quality management, Expertise and Consumer Protection. 

Her passion for Human Resources began during her university years through internship programs within HR-focused organizations. At the same time, she gained valuable experience in roles centered on communication and direct interaction with people, which helped shape her active listening skills and empathetic approach.

Andra joined the DENT ESTET Group in 2019 as a member of the Front Desk team at DENT ESTET 4 TEENS. This hands-on experience within the operational environment provided her with a unique understanding of team dynamics and organizational needs, creating a natural pathway toward a career in Human Resources.

As HR Manager, Andra oversees the key pillars that support the growth and development of the Group’s teams, from strategic talent acquisition to onboarding programs and the ongoing support of new colleagues. She is committed to ensuring that every person joining DENT ESTET benefits from an excellent start and a work environment that encourages both performance and personal growth.
