Andreea Necula

Andreea Necula is the Chief Operating Officer of DENT ESTET, and she oversees the Group’s entire operational activity and contributes to the development of its growth strategy within a continuously expanding healthcare ecosystem.

With more than 15 years of management experience and a deep understanding of organizational development, Andreea plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and cohesive operation of the group founded by Dr. Oana Taban.

In her role, Andreea oversees the daily operations of the DENT ESTET’s 17 clinics across 8 cities and coordinates the management teams in each location, ensuring alignment with the organization’s standards, objectives, and long-term vision. She is actively involved in the annual budgeting process and in defining strategic priorities, contributing to the sustainable development of the Group.

Throughout her journey within DENT ESTET, Andreea has led the opening of six new clinics through both greenfield projects and acquisitions or partnerships. For the greenfield projects, she managed the entire process - from operations, procurement, and regulatory approvals to recruitment and team training. For newly integrated clinics, she coordinated alignment and integration processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.

Her previous professional experience includes roles in consulting, project management, and human resources, which strengthened her ability to build high-performing team, manage complex processes, and adapt organizational structures in dynamic environments. Her expertise also includes overseeing the HR and Procurement departments, as well as supervising non-medical functions across the organization.
