Andreea Țale
Chief Accountant
Andreea Ţale is the Chief Accountant of the DENT ESTET Group, a finance professional with more than 25 years of experience in financial management and reporting, tax advisory, and financial optimization. She brings to the team extensive expertise in the healthcare sector, gained through years of working with medical clinics, private practices, and other healthcare organizations.
Throughout her career, Andreea has supported companies across a variety of industries, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, the accuracy of financial reporting, and the implementation of effective financial solutions that support business growth. She is recognized for her ability to adapt to legislative and economic changes, her meticulous attention to detail, and the professionalism that reflects the highest standards of the accounting profession.
Andreea joined the DENT ESTET team in 2024 and currently leads the Group’s accounting department. In her role, she oversees the organization of financial and accounting activities, the preparation and verification of financial statements, and the continuous compliance of the organization with all applicable financial and tax regulations.
She graduated from the Faculty of Management at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where she also completed a master’s degree in Financial Audit and Advisory. Her academic background is complemented by a postgraduate course in IFRS Reporting Standards, also completed at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, as well as the prestigious Certified Expert Accountant qualification, a recognition of her professional competence and ethical standards.
