Bianca Iacob

Bianca Iacob is Chief Commercial Officer at DENT ESTET and oversees the Group’s commercial strategy, contributing to the implementation of organizational growth initiatives and the continuous improvement of commercial performance.

With more than 10 years of experience within the Group, Bianca plays a key role in fostering an organizational culture built on efficiency, accountability, and sustainable results.

In her role, she coordinates clinic managers, Patient Care Coordinator teams, and corporate support structures, being responsible for defining and implementing performance indicators, operational processes, and working standards that support the Group’s ongoing development.

Passionate about organization and building high-performing teams, Bianca is directly involved in optimizing patient flow and monitoring the performance of clinics and dental professionals, focusing on operational efficiency, patient retention, and optimal schedule utilization. At the same time, she leads initiatives aimed at enhancing the patient experience by improving communication and increasing overall patient satisfaction.

Bianca Iacob graduated from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where she also completed a master’s degree in marketing and business communication.
