Cristina Gherghe

Cristina Gherghe is a member of the ASPEN Advanced Dental Laboratory team, where she serves as Manager on Duty, contributing to the smooth coordination of the laboratory’s operational and administrative activities.

Cristina graduated from the „Sfântul Vasile cel Mare” Post-Secondary Healthcare School with a specialization in pharmaceutical assistance. She further pursued her academic education at the Faculty of Management and Marketing of Artifex University, followed by a master's degree in Program and Project Management at the “Carol I” National Defence University.

Her professional background includes experience in both the pharmaceutical and management sectors, which has strengthened her organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

As Manager on Duty at ASPEN, Cristina plays a key role in ensuring a seamless workflow between the medical team, dental technicians, and the laboratory’s internal processes.

In her day-to-day activity, she oversees the registration and verification of prosthetic restorations, coordinates requests received from doctors, monitors delivery deadlines, and ensures compliance with internal protocols.
