Cristina Smaranda

Cristina Smaranda has been part of the DENT ESTET team for over 7 years and currently coordinates the work of the DENT ESTET 4 KIDS clinic in her role as Dental Office Manager, helping to uphold the standards of excellence that define the organisation.

In her role, Cristina is involved in coordinating and monitoring the work of the dentists, developing relationships with patients and implementing projects that support operational efficiency and the patient experience at the clinic. She also helps manage special group-wide projects and strengthen collaboration between teams, adopting a results-oriented approach focused on continuous improvement.

For Cristina, professional success means striking a balance between performance. What motivates her most is the opportunity to help build united and high-performing teams.
