Diana Baciu

Diana Baciu is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the DENT ESTET Group, a role she assumed in 2024, bringing with her over 9 years of experience in financial advisory and transaction consulting at an international level.

Having built her career in a high-performance environment defined by analytical rigor and strategic thinking, Diana contributes to the sustainable growth of the DENT ESTET network through a financial strategy focused on long-term value creation and business performance.

Before joining DENT ESTET, Diana developed an outstanding professional career within EY’s Transaction Advisory Services department. Over more than 9 years in consulting, she led complex due diligence projects for local and international investors across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, IT, energy, and FMCG. This experience helped her develop a distinctive strategic perspective: the ability to look beyond numbers and understand the drivers of sustainable organizational growth.

As CFO, Diana oversees the Group’s financial activities and supports executive decision-making processes, from budgeting and financial forecasting to cash flow management, capital allocation, and financial reporting.

She works closely with the Executive Board, with a clear objective: optimizing financial performance and supporting strategic decisions that strengthen DENT ESTET’s position as the leading provider of dental services in Romania.

Diana holds a degree in Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, where she also completed a master’s degree in Financial management and Investments. Her professional expertise is further reinforced by the ACCA qualification, one of the most respected international certifications in finance, accounting, and corporate governance.
