Ilie Naroș-Neacșu

Ilie Naroș-Neacșu is the Dental Office Manager at the DENT ESTET clinic at 98 Aviatorilor Street, where he oversees the clinic’s operational and administrative activities, ensuring the efficient organization of processes and the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic.

His academic background, rooted in the technical field, includes a degree from the Faculty of Geography at the University of Bucharest and a master’s degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). This educational path provided him with a strong foundation in organization, analysis, and process management - skills he now applies to operational leadership and activity coordination in a dynamic, people-oriented environment focused on efficiency and excellence.

Ilie began his journey within DENT ESTET in an operational role, which gave him the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the clinic’s internal processes and their impact on the overall patient experience.

Today, he coordinates patient flow, supervises the administrative team, and oversees key operational processes such as appointment scheduling, billing, and the clinic’s day-to-day organization. He is also actively involved in patient relations and in resolving situations that require prompt attention and effective solutions.

Ilie is recognized for his ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, balancing attention to detail with a strong focus on the bigger picture. He believes in the value of communication and teamwork and considers a well-organized work environment essential to delivering high-quality patient care.
