Luciana Ungureanu

Luciana Ungureanu is the Dental Office Manager at the DENT ESTET Craiova clinic, where she oversees the clinic’s operational and administrative activities, contributing to the efficient organization of processes and the maintenance of a high standard of patient experience.

Her professional journey began in the healthcare field following her graduation from a post-secondary medical school. She subsequently expanded her experience both in Romania and in the United Kingdom, where she worked as a Registered General Nurse. Working in an international environment focused on excellence in patient care, combined with her participation in various professional development programs, helped her strengthen her communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

After joining DENT ESTET, Luciana progressed through several stages of professional development, advancing from the role of Dental Nurse to Lead Dental Nurse. This experience provided her with a comprehensive understanding of clinical operations and patient care processes.

Today, she is actively involved in coordinating the administrative team, managing patient relationships, preparing personalized financial treatment plans, and supporting patients throughout the decision-making process to identify the most suitable treatment options.
