Malaica Bigniani

Malaica Bigniani is the Dental Office Manager at the DENT ESTET clinic in Ploiești; in this role, she has been involved in coordinating day-to-day operations and developing a premium patient experience since the clinic first opened.

A graduate of the University of Petroleum and Gas in Ploiești, Faculty of Economic Sciences, with a bachelor’s degree in Management and a master’s programme in International Business Strategies, Malaica joined DENT ESTET in 2021 as a Front Desk Officer. 

Currently, Malaica is responsible for coordinating the Front Desk team, optimising the patient experience and implementing internal procedures, whilst also getting involved in projects that support process efficiency and the continuous development of the services offered.
