Executive Director
Monica EFTA is Executive Director of the DENT ESTET Group, part of the MedLife Medical System, with over 15 years of experience in the private healthcare industry and more than 8 years in executive leadership roles.
Monica built her career within MedLife, Romania’s largest private healthcare provider, gaining extensive expertise in organizational leadership, operational development, and healthcare performance management. Starting in January 2018, she was responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of MedLife’s Orthopedics and Plastic Surgery Hospital for more than 8 years.
Her expertise includes overseeing strategic and financial operations, developing and implementing growth plans, optimizing organizational performance, and fostering cultures centered on accountability, excellence, and measurable results.
Throughout her career, Monica has distinguished herself through her ability to build high-performing teams, manage complex processes, and transform organizational challenges into opportunities for growth. Her leadership approach combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of the needs of both patients and healthcare professionals, guided by the belief that sustainable performance is achieved through collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
As Executive Director, Monica leads the implementation of the Group’s development strategy, ensuring the alignment of business objectives with the organization’s mission of delivering healthcare services at the highest standards of quality.
