Paula Rușanu

Paula Rușanu is the Strategic Communications & PR Manager within the DENT ESTET Group, a communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications, media, and public relations. 

A graduate of the Faculty of International Economic Relations at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and holder of a master’s degree from the Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchanges, Paula realized early in her career that her true vocation lay in the power of words delivered at the right moment, as well as in the responsibility carried by every message that reaches people.

With a solid career built around the management of landmark digital projects in the Romanian media landscape, Paula has been leading the integrated communication strategy of the DENT ESTET Group since 2020, overseeing everything from corporate communications and public relations to social media, internal communications, and digital campaigns.

She began her professional journey at Mediafax.ro, Romania’s leading news agency, and later became part of the teams that launched News.ro (as website coordinator) and observatornews.ro, the digital platform of the Observator TV news program. Paula also contributed to the development of stirileprotv.ro, one of Romania’s most prominent news websites.

Her transition into strategic communications took place at McCann PR (now The M Works), one of Romania’s most respected communications agencies. As an Account Manager, she coordinated integrated communication campaigns—including media relations, social media, influencer marketing, events, and strategic partnerships - for major brands such as Microsoft, ING Bank, Groupama, Grampet Group, and UNSAR.

This extensive background in journalism, media, and strategic communications has equipped her with invaluable strengths: agility, a commitment to truth, and the understanding that a truly effective message does not persuade—it connects. It is a philosophy she brings to DENT ESTET’s communication efforts every day.
