Raluca Bărdaș
Manager on Duty, Oradea
Raluca Bărdaș is part of the DENT ESTET Oradea team, where she serves as Manager on Duty and helps to coordinate operational activities and maintain the standards of excellence that define the patient experience.
A graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences in Oradea, Raluca began her career at Orange Romania and joined the DENT ESTET team in 2023.
In her role as Manager on Duty, Raluca Bardaș works closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure that every patient receives the necessary care and support throughout their time at the clinic.
Self-taught and empathetic, Raluca says that empathy and a desire to learn continuously are the values that best define her.
