Lăcrămioara Roșca is the Marketing & Communication Director of DENT ESTET, where she leads the Group’s communication and brand development strategies in a constantly evolving market. With more than 12 years of experience in marketing, gained across both retail and dental healthcare sectors, she contributes to strengthening DENT ESTET’s position as a benchmark of excellence in modern dentistry through projects that combine medical performance with a premium patient experience.

Throughout her career, Lăcrămioara has developed and implemented integrated marketing strategies focused on sustainable growth, digital innovation, and meaningful communication with patients. Her expertise includes complex campaign development, brand management, and the coordination of marketing initiatives that support the organization’s growth and the expansion of its healthcare services.

She strongly believes in the power of authentic communication and in the role of education in promoting oral health. Through the projects she develops together with the DENT ESTET team, her goal is to bring patients closer to reliable information, trusted medical experiences, and modern solutions for achieving and maintaining a healthy, beautiful smile.

Lăcrămioara graduated from Transilvania University of Brașov, where she studied Marketing Strategies and later completed a master’s degree in Marketing research and Marketing Strategies, an academic background that supports her strategic, results-oriented approach.
