Rucsandra Lancea

Rucsandra Lancea is a Marketing and Strategic Projects Specialist and has been part of the DENT ESTET Group’s Marketing team since 2023. She is actively involved in the development and implementation of communication projects dedicated to the DENT ESTET 4 KIDS clinics. 

Rucsandra holds a degree in Management from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Business Management at the same institution.

Passionate about marketing and communication, Rucsandra developed her interest in the field during her university years, when she became involved in volunteer activities within a student organization, contributing to various marketing and promotional projects.

At DENT ESTET, Rucsandra contributes to the development of digital communication initiatives and the management of the brand’s social media presence. She is involved in the creation, planning, and distribution of content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, while also contributing to the development of creative concepts for video formats tailored to the online community.

In addition, she participates in the production of visual and editorial content projects, from coordinating photo and video shoots to writing materials for the de4kids.ro website and newsletters, in close collaboration with the medical team. Through her work, she helps strengthen a relevant, consistent, and engaging communication strategy for the community of parents and children.
