Viviana Nicolici

Viviana Nicolici oversees the running of the DENT ESTET 4 KIDS clinic in Timișoara, having contributed for nearly a decade to the development of a healthcare experience based on professionalism, empathy and genuine care for the needs of children and their families.

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, specialising in Accounting and Management Information Systems, Viviana began her professional career with experience in the commercial and sales sectors, which helped shape a balanced perspective on performance.

Thanks to her ongoing interest in management, communication and the development of interpersonal relationships, Viviana joined the DENT ESTET Timișoara team in 2016, where she progressed from the role of Front Desk Officer to that of Dental Office Manager. 

Over time, she has strengthened her skills by taking part in ADOM training programmes designed for Front Desk specialists and dental clinic managers.

She currently coordinates the work of the DENT ESTET 4 KIDS Timișoara clinic, working closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure a personalised experience for every patient and their family.
