De câțiva ani merg la clinica stomatologică DE și pot spune sincer că este una dintre cele mai bune experiențe medicale pe care le-am avut. Sunt client de aproximativ 4 ani și de fiecare dată am fost tratat cu profesionalism, seriozitate și mult respect. Doamna Doctor Raluca Iancu este medicul stomatolog pe mana caruia ma las cu incredere deplina. Pe langa perfectionismul cu care lucreaza, are darul de a ma binedispune, indiferent de complexitatea lucrarii pe care o are de facut. Chiar daca stiu ca urmeaza o lucrare grea, merg linistita si fara emotii.

Am ajuns pe mâna doamnei doctor Raluca Irofte pentru un retratament de canal. Comunicarea a fost foarte bună, primind explicații clare înainte, în timpul și după procedură. Doamna doctor a manifestat calm și profesionalism pe tot parcursul intervenției, ceea ce m-a ajutat să îmi gestionez emoțiile. Recomand cu încredere.

Am regasit-o pe dna dr Ionela Dumitru este asa cum mi-o aminteam, calda, empatica, conectata emotional cu pacientul. Am revenit la clinica pentru ca acum 12 ani am avut o experienta minunata aici, datorita dnei doctor si personalului extrem de amabil si atent. Recomand.

Bună ziua .Am venit la Clinica sa fiu sincera cu frica de ce o sa fie ..ca fiecare om ..Dar spre surprinderea mea am fost întâmpinată de zâmbetul frumos al Denisei Dronca ,apoi am văzut pe D-na Doctor Raluca Iancu ..plina de zâmbet frumos și empatie .Am fost preluată cu drag de asistenta D-nei Doctor .D-na Doctor Raluca Iancu mi.a explicat fiecare detaliu și ce urmează să îmi facă..Vocea caldă și incurajarea a fost începutul meu fără frică,apoi a început cu anestezia și tot ce mi.a făcut. Nu am simțit nimic ..absolut nimic .O mână ușoară,precizie și lucrare perfectă.
