The stages of Spark™ treatment
1. Specialist consultation
During the initial consultation, the DENT ESTET orthodontist will assess your oral health and recommend additional investigations necessary for your orthodontic records. These investigations (panoramic X-ray, 3D intraoral scan) are performed within DENT ESTET clinics, so there is no need to visit other facilities.
If recommended by the doctor, an occlusal consultation using MODJAW™ 4D technology may also be performed. This technology allows the identification of the occlusion type — an essential element in personalizing Spark™ treatment.
2. Digital scanning
Using advanced imaging and simulation tools, you will be able to preview the final result before starting treatment.
The 3D digital scan is performed with a high-performance device — the 3Shape TRIOS Real Color scanner. This state-of-the-art scanner enables 3D simulation of teeth and tissues in their real colors, transforming the treatment outcome into a predictable and safe process while significantly reducing the risk of human error.
3. Presentation of the treatment plan
The personalized treatment plan is developed by the orthodontist based on a detailed evaluation of your dental needs. It includes all the necessary steps to achieve the desired smile, as well as estimated treatment duration and associated costs.
4. Ordering and fitting the Spark™ aligners
The information gathered from the investigations performed at DENT ESTET clinics is sent to Ormco in the United States, where the 3D Approver Software is used to manufacture the Spark™ aligners. This software allows doctors to visualize treatment models from start to finish, ensuring enhanced efficiency.
The first set of aligners will be fitted by the orthodontist during a follow-up appointment. The aligners must be changed at intervals determined by the specialist. It is recommended to wear them approximately 22 hours per day, removing them only for eating and oral hygiene.
5. Treatment monitoring
Throughout the treatment, the orthodontist will monitor the progress of tooth repositioning and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
6. Post-treatment care
After completing treatment with Spark™ aligners, your orthodontist will provide guidance on how to maintain your new smile for many years to come.

Recomand cu mare drag și încredere Dr. Stănescu Cristina și Dr. Băjinaru, două profesioniste desăvârșite, care îmbină perfect expertiza medicală cu o empatie și o răbdare rare. M-au făcut să mă simt în deplină siguranță, explicându-mi fiecare pas cu multă blândețe. Este locul unde scaunul de stomatolog devine prietenos datorită acestor două specialiste minunate. Recomand cu toată încrederea pentru oricine caută servicii de top și o abordare umană!

O experiență medicală/stomatologica de neegalat. Și afirm acest lucru cu toată răspunderea, implanturile efectuate la această clinică mi-au redat/crescut.... ,,stima de sine", sau mai exact încrederea în mine. Profesionalismul OAMENILOR, care își desfășoară activitatea in această locație se manifestă, fără întrerupere, de la recepție, continuă, cu cabinetul medicului, cu tot personalul (auxiliar) care lucrează si se încheie, cu un zâmbet, la părăsirea locației. Cu stimă, un pacient, mulțumit si evident cu un zâmbet, de invidiat.

Comparand situatia foarte complicata si la limita cu care "am intrat" la DentEstet, fata de cea in care ma aflu in prezent... sunt la extreme! Si o pun pe seama profesionalismului desavarsit al intregului colectiv al clinicii. Pot spune ca acum vorbesc, mananc, zambesc si rad ca un om "normal" si mai ales sanatos(!). Odata intrat in sediu, realizezi ca te asteapta o experienta la superlativ, arhitectura, ambientul, atitudinea si felul in care esti tratat, procedurile in sine, tehnica/aparatele... totul iti da incredere ca ai ajuns unde ai nevoie. Da, nu a fost nici usor - in cazul meu, nici ieftin - pentru cine se intreaba, dar, la final, stii ca a meritat si ca aici trebuie sa vii cand esti intr-o situatie grava si complicata, dar nu neaparat. Sunt convins ca vei primi toata atentia pentru orice interventie, de la cele curente pana la cazuri grave - cum a fost situatia mea Tot respectul, am toata afectiunea pentru acesti oameni si le doresc numai bine!

Foarte profesionisti! O experienta foarte placuta! O recomand in mod special pe doamna Barbu, care explica fiecare pas, este empatica si ofera multa incredere pacientului. M-am simtit in siguranta pe tot parcursul tratamentului!
