Spark™ Clear Aligners

Spark™ Clear Aligners are one of the most advanced orthodontic solutions available within DENT ESTET clinics. Designed to be discreet, comfortable, and effective, Spark™ is the ideal choice for both teenagers and adults seeking a perfect smile with minimal impact on their daily lives.

Manufactured by the American company Ormco, globally recognized in the field of orthodontics, Spark™ aligners are made from an innovative material — TruGEN™. This material stands out by providing enhanced clarity to the aligners without compromising their durability and strength.

Additionally, TruGEN™ does not contain Bisphenol A (BPA), mercury, latex, or phthalates — substances commonly found in other plastic materials used in orthodontics — contributing to increased biocompatibility.

Advantages of Spark Clear Aligners vs. Fixed Braces

Nearly invisible aligners

Spark™ aligners are fully transparent and almost invisible, thanks to the TruGEN™ material they are made from.

Enhanced Comfort

Due to the innovative material, the edges of the aligners are smoother and more rounded, preventing irritation or other gum-related issues.

Increased stain resistance

TruGEN™ material is specially designed to improve the stain resistance of clear aligners. As a result, there are no restrictions regarding the consumption of coffee, tea, or red wine.

Shorter treatment duration

Thanks to advanced technology and high-quality materials, Spark™ enables precise tooth movements, delivering results in a shorter time without compromising comfort or aesthetics.

Cost predictability

With a clearly established financial plan, you can anticipate the treatment-related expenses and focus on achieving your new smile without the stress of unexpected costs.

The stages of Spark™ treatment

1. Specialist consultation

During the initial consultation, the DENT ESTET orthodontist will assess your oral health and recommend additional investigations necessary for your orthodontic records. These investigations (panoramic X-ray, 3D intraoral scan) are performed within DENT ESTET clinics, so there is no need to visit other facilities.

If recommended by the doctor, an occlusal consultation using MODJAW™ 4D technology may also be performed. This technology allows the identification of the occlusion type — an essential element in personalizing Spark™ treatment.

2. Digital scanning

Using advanced imaging and simulation tools, you will be able to preview the final result before starting treatment.

The 3D digital scan is performed with a high-performance device — the 3Shape TRIOS Real Color scanner. This state-of-the-art scanner enables 3D simulation of teeth and tissues in their real colors, transforming the treatment outcome into a predictable and safe process while significantly reducing the risk of human error.

3. Presentation of the treatment plan

The personalized treatment plan is developed by the orthodontist based on a detailed evaluation of your dental needs. It includes all the necessary steps to achieve the desired smile, as well as estimated treatment duration and associated costs.

4. Ordering and fitting the Spark™ aligners

The information gathered from the investigations performed at DENT ESTET clinics is sent to Ormco in the United States, where the 3D Approver Software is used to manufacture the Spark™ aligners. This software allows doctors to visualize treatment models from start to finish, ensuring enhanced efficiency.

The first set of aligners will be fitted by the orthodontist during a follow-up appointment. The aligners must be changed at intervals determined by the specialist. It is recommended to wear them approximately 22 hours per day, removing them only for eating and oral hygiene.

5. Treatment monitoring

Throughout the treatment, the orthodontist will monitor the progress of tooth repositioning and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.

6. Post-treatment care

After completing treatment with Spark™ aligners, your orthodontist will provide guidance on how to maintain your new smile for many years to come.
