The stages of Spark™ treatment
1. Specialist consultation
During the initial consultation, the DENT ESTET orthodontist will assess your oral health and recommend additional investigations necessary for your orthodontic records. These investigations (panoramic X-ray, 3D intraoral scan) are performed within DENT ESTET clinics, so there is no need to visit other facilities.
If recommended by the doctor, an occlusal consultation using MODJAW™ 4D technology may also be performed. This technology allows the identification of the occlusion type — an essential element in personalizing Spark™ treatment.
2. Digital scanning
Using advanced imaging and simulation tools, you will be able to preview the final result before starting treatment.
The 3D digital scan is performed with a high-performance device — the 3Shape TRIOS Real Color scanner. This state-of-the-art scanner enables 3D simulation of teeth and tissues in their real colors, transforming the treatment outcome into a predictable and safe process while significantly reducing the risk of human error.
3. Presentation of the treatment plan
The personalized treatment plan is developed by the orthodontist based on a detailed evaluation of your dental needs. It includes all the necessary steps to achieve the desired smile, as well as estimated treatment duration and associated costs.
4. Ordering and fitting the Spark™ aligners
The information gathered from the investigations performed at DENT ESTET clinics is sent to Ormco in the United States, where the 3D Approver Software is used to manufacture the Spark™ aligners. This software allows doctors to visualize treatment models from start to finish, ensuring enhanced efficiency.
The first set of aligners will be fitted by the orthodontist during a follow-up appointment. The aligners must be changed at intervals determined by the specialist. It is recommended to wear them approximately 22 hours per day, removing them only for eating and oral hygiene.
5. Treatment monitoring
Throughout the treatment, the orthodontist will monitor the progress of tooth repositioning and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
6. Post-treatment care
After completing treatment with Spark™ aligners, your orthodontist will provide guidance on how to maintain your new smile for many years to come.

Bună ziua .Am venit la Clinica sa fiu sincera cu frica de ce o sa fie ..ca fiecare om ..Dar spre surprinderea mea am fost întâmpinată de zâmbetul frumos al Denisei Dronca ,apoi am văzut pe D-na Doctor Raluca Iancu ..plina de zâmbet frumos și empatie .Am fost preluată cu drag de asistenta D-nei Doctor .D-na Doctor Raluca Iancu mi.a explicat fiecare detaliu și ce urmează să îmi facă..Vocea caldă și incurajarea a fost începutul meu fără frică,apoi a început cu anestezia și tot ce mi.a făcut. Nu am simțit nimic ..absolut nimic .O mână ușoară,precizie și lucrare perfectă. Pot recomanda cu placere serviciile acestei Clinici dentare. Profesionalimul medicilior, amabilitatea acestora si a persoanalului implicat fac actul medical dentar plăcut si sigur. Unitatea clinicii, aparatura modernă, inclusiv laboratorul de radiologie din incintă faciliteaza exactitatea diagnosticului, rezolvarea cu succes și cu rapiditate a problemelor dentare. Am avut o experiență excelentă la clinică DENT ESTET. Încă de la intrare am fost întâmpinat cu profesionalism și amabilitate, iar personalul de la recepție a fost foarte prompt și bine organizat. Consultația a decurs impecabil, fără grabă, iar investigațiile au fost realizate cu aparatură modernă. Mi-a plăcut mult și faptul că atmosfera este calmă, curată și bine întreținută, ceea ce contribuie enorm la confortul pacientului. Sunt un pacient vechi al Dent Estet Aviatorilor 98 si de fiecare data problemele dentare mi-au fost tratate cu atentie si competenta. In ultimii ani ( ca si la ultima interventie) am fost pacientul doctorului Adelin Radu care dovedeste o foarte buna pregatire profesionala, atentie, politete si empatie, fiind totodata un bun comunicator. Recomand Clinica Dent Estet tuturor celor care au probleme stomatologice.

Andreea and her assistant were absolutely fantastic! Professional, welcoming, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Andreea has an amazing sense of humor that made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable honestly, she could calm nerves and headline a comedy show at the same time. Her assistant was equally wonderful, attentive, and kind, making everything run smoothly. If you’re someone who gets nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place to go they make you feel comfortable, at ease, and genuinely cared for. I had the best experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care with a lot less stress and a lot more laughter!

Am avut o experiență excelentă cu doamna doctor Maria Ruse. Este un medic deosebit de profesionist, atent la detalii și foarte empatic. A acordat timp să explice clar fiecare aspect al consultației și m-a făcut să mă simt în siguranță și înțeleasă . Abordarea calmă și răbdătoare inspiră încredere, iar recomandările primite au fost utile și bine argumentate. Se vede că își dedică cu adevărat timpul și energia pacienților ei.
