How much do Spark™ aligners cost?

The stages of treatment with Spark™ aligners
1. Specialist consultation
During your first specialist consultation, the DENT ESTET orthodontist will assess your oral health and recommend a series of additional investigations to compile your orthodontic file. These investigations (panoramic X-ray, intraoral 3D scan) are carried out at DENT ESTET clinics, so you won’t need to waste time having them done at other clinics.
On the dentist’s recommendation, an occlusal consultation using MODJAW™ 4D technology may also be carried out; this allows the type of occlusion to be identified, which is essential for personalising treatment with the Spark™ braces.
2. Digital scanning
Using advanced imaging and simulation tools, you’ll be able to preview the final result before starting treatment.
The 3D digital scan is carried out using a high-performance device – the 3Shape TRIOS Real Color. This state-of-the-art scanner offers the advantage of 3D simulation of teeth and tissues in true colour, which makes the treatment outcome a predictable and safe process, almost completely eliminating the risk of human error.
3. Presentation of the treatment plan
Your personalised treatment plan will be drawn up by the orthodontist based on the results of a detailed assessment of your dental needs. This plan sets out the steps required to achieve your desired smile, as well as estimates of the treatment duration and associated costs.
4. Ordering and fitting the Spark™ braces
The information obtained from the examinations carried out at the DENT ESTET clinic is sent to Ormco, based in the United States, which will use the 3D Approver software to create the Spark™ aligners. This software allows dentists to visualise treatment plans from start to finish, ensuring greater efficiency.
The first set of aligners will be fitted by the orthodontist during a check-up appointment, and the aligners are to be changed at intervals determined by the specialist. It is recommended that the aligners be worn for approximately 22 hours a day; they may be removed for eating or oral hygiene.
5. Monitoring the treatment
Throughout the treatment, the orthodontist will monitor the progress of the teeth’s repositioning and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the best possible results.
6. Post-treatment care
Once your treatment with Spark™ aligners is complete, the orthodontist who treated you can offer advice on how to maintain your new smile for many years to come.
