Vasile P. wanted to regain his comfort when chewing and to be able to smile with confidence once again. The loss of several teeth and his old restorations were affecting both his dental function and the appearance of his smile.
The treatment included Straumann® dental implants, the All-on-4® technique for the lower jaw, premium zirconia crowns and endodontic retreatment carried out under a microscope. Digital planning and CAD-CAM technologies helped to achieve a natural, stable and functional result.

At his first consultation, Vasile P. had several compromised teeth, old restorations and missing teeth. These problems made chewing difficult and had a negative impact on the appearance of his smile.
Following a clinical and imaging assessment, the multidisciplinary team at DENT ESTET drew up a phased treatment plan. This combined dental implantology, endodontic treatment under a microscope and digitally-designed prosthetic restorations to restore the function and harmony of his smile.
Treatment involving 4 NEODENT® Titan Aqua dental implants by Straumann
in accordance with the NeoArch® protocol, which enabled the patient to receive a fixed temporary restoration immediately after the implants were placed.
Final All-on-4 prosthetic restoration
A fully fixed implant-supported restoration for the lower arch, constructed in accordance with the All-on-4® concept, providing immediate stability and functionality.
Five Straumann® dental implants
used to replace missing teeth and support permanent fixed restorations.
Digitally fabricated all-ceramic restorations
on natural teeth and implants, for a long-lasting aesthetic and functional result.
Endodontic treatment under a microscope
Endodontic retreatment carried out under a Leica operating microscope prior to definitive prosthetic restorations.
Implant surgery and bone regeneration
The placement of the implants was supplemented by bone regeneration procedures where the clinical situation required it.
Digital impressions and CAD-CAM technology
The 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner and CAD-CAM technology were used to produce high-precision restorations.
Occlusal scan with Modjaw 4D
enabled the precise functional adjustment of prosthetic work.
