What does ‘Fixed Teeth in 24 Hours’ mean?
The ‘Teeth in 24 Hours’ procedure involves placing 4 or 6 implants in the dental arch and fitting an immediate temporary fixed restoration.
The main advantage is that you no longer have to wait for osseointegration to achieve aesthetic and functional teeth.

The stages of the 24-hour fixed denture treatment
The 24-hour fixed denture treatment is carried out in three main stages: planning, treatment and dental restoration.
The protocol is designed with the patient’s safety and comfort in mind, delivering functional and aesthetic results from day one.
1. Digital planning
A comprehensive assessment is carried out, including a consultation and imaging tests (CBCT). The multidisciplinary team determines the treatment plan and the positioning of the dental implants, based on the specific details of each case.
2. The surgical stage
Four or six dental implants are inserted under local anaesthetic. In complex cases, sedation may be used to ensure greater comfort.
On the same day or within 24 hours, a temporary prosthetic restoration is fitted, providing immediate stability and functionality.
3. Final treatment following healing
Following the osseointegration period (approximately 4–6 months), the temporary restoration is replaced with a permanent restoration, fabricated using digital technologies, to ensure proper function and a natural appearance.

Am lucrat mult in ultimii ani cu dna doctor Zodila, care inca activeaza in cadrul clinicii. Este un medic cu bogata experienta, empatica, profesionista. Eu am o paradontoza mostenita din familie pe care dna doctor a tinut-o foarte bine sub control. Apreciez de asemenea ca nu are obiceiul sa te cheme de nu stiu cate ori pentru o procedura (ex coronita) cum fac alti medici. La fel si pentru multiplele detartraje subgingivale pe care le-am facut la dumneaei. Consider ca sunt un pacient de complexitate medie (nu mare, din feicire!) si cred ca dna doctor a rezolvat cu profesionalism problemele pe care le-am avut.

Is the procedure painful?
The ‘Fixed Teeth in 24 Hours’ procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic or conscious sedation. After the procedure, you will experience some mild discomfort, as is the case with any operation, but medication effectively manages this.
Up to what age is the treatment recommended?
The procedure can be carried out at any time after the age of 18, once the jawbones have fully developed. At the initial consultation, the doctor will assess your general health and bone density to determine whether this treatment is the right option for you.
How long does the Fixed Teeth in 24 Hours procedure take?
The procedure usually takes a few hours, with the duration depending on the number of implants and any other procedures required.
Can I eat straight after the procedure?
In the first few days after the procedure, you should eat soft foods – soups, purées, yoghurt and smoothies. After 2–3 weeks, you can gradually return to a normal diet.
How long does it take to recover after treatment?
Healing times can vary from person to person. In the post-operative phase, it may take one or two weeks for the gums and tissues to heal following the incisions.
In the next stage, the osseointegration period varies between 4 and 6 months.
What happens if the implant fails?
When clinical protocols are followed, the risk of an implant failing to integrate with the bone is reduced. In the rare instances where this does occur, the procedure can be repeated.
How do you look after your fixed dentures properly?
Just like with natural teeth: brush twice a day and use a mouthwash. Regular check-ups at the dentist are also recommended (at least twice a year).
