This case involved a complete oral rehabilitation using the All-on-4 dental implant treatment on the upper arch, followed by a permanent fixed restoration on a titanium framework and premium zirconia crowns. Prior to the procedure, periodontal treatment, professional cleaning and the extraction of non-restorable teeth were carried out to prepare for the implant placement.
The final result provided the patient with a fixed, stable and aesthetically pleasing set of teeth, with restored chewing function and a natural smile, subsequently maintained through regular check-ups and prophylaxis appointments.

The patient, Tiberiu K., presented at the clinic with extensive dental damage to the upper arch, compromised teeth and periodontal disease, conditions which were affecting his ability to chew, the stability of his teeth and the appearance of his smile. Following clinical and radiological assessment, it was determined that the remaining teeth could no longer be saved and required replacement.
The medical team recommended a multidisciplinary treatment plan based on the All-on-4 concept, preceded by periodontal treatment and followed by a definitive fixed restoration using premium zirconia crowns, to achieve a functional and predictable long-term outcome.

Four Nobel Biocare™ dental implants in the upper jaw
in accordance with the All-on-4 protocol, to support a full fixed prosthesis and replace compromised teeth.
Temporary fixed structure with immediate loading
as a result of which the patient received a fixed temporary restoration immediately after the procedure, in accordance with the concept of immediate loading, to ensure the rapid restoration of function and aesthetics.
Permanent All-on-4 restoration with premium zirconia crowns
Following the osseointegration period for the implants, the temporary restoration was replaced with a permanent restoration comprising a titanium framework and premium zirconia crowns, designed for strength, functionality and a natural appearance.
Laser periodontal therapy
Prior to implant treatment, laser-assisted periodontal treatments were carried out to control the infection and prepare the supporting tissues.
