Cristian T. wanted a complete transformation of his smile, which was affected by severe dental attrition (wear) and an unbalanced occlusal plane, both of which were having a negative impact on his chewing and his dental and maxillofacial health.
Following a clinical assessment and digital planning, the multidisciplinary team at DENT ESTET drew up a personalised treatment plan, tailored to the patient’s aesthetic and functional needs.
The treatment included digital occlusion analysis using ModJaw Technology 4D, Digital Smile Design, a mock-up to preview the final result, TRIOS 3Shape intraoral scanning, EMAX dental veneers, premium zirconia crowns and prosthetic restorations on dental implants. The final result restored the patient’s harmonious smile, balanced chewing function and a natural facial appearance.
