DENT ESTET is opening a dental clinic with the highest level of digitalisation in the country

The clinic represents the largest investment in technology by a dental practice:

• Located in the Primăverii area of the capital, the new premises introduces the concept of a ‘digital clinic’ for the first time and is the largest Planmeca Digital Academy centre in Romania, a distinction that attests to the integration of revolutionary technology into all medical processes within the clinic
• Covering an area of 800 square metres and featuring 8 treatment rooms, the clinic offers patients a wide range of dental specialities, with a focus on implantology and cosmetic dentistry, as well as access to medical investigations at the same location, through a partnership with MedLife
• The investment exceeds €850,000 and incorporates state-of-the-art digital medical technology, a digital radiology centre, a surgical theatre, and a smile design photography studio, all coordinated by a medical team of 40 specialists
   

Bucharest, 23 May 2017 – The DENT ESTET group of clinics, the market leader in dental services in Romania, is opening a new clinic on Aviatorilor Boulevard in the capital, following an investment of over €850,000. The medical facility has the largest floor space of the group’s total 2,500 square metres and is the most digitally advanced dental clinic in the country.

In recent years, Romanians’ interest in complex premium dental treatments, such as extensive dental reconstructions, as well as in long-term guarantees for the work carried out, has grown significantly, as has the focus on cosmetic dentistry. In this context, the new DENT ESTET clinic has been built around the highly specialised divisions of implantology and cosmetic dentistry, which have developed continuously and have become the main drivers of the group’s positive growth.

The facilities offered by the new clinic include, amongst other things, the option of digital smile design using Digital Smile Design technology and Future Smile Studio, the first studio dedicated to the digital diagnosis and design of smiles.

In addition, the new clinic will feature a range of other digital technologies essential for the success of complex treatments: a true-colour intraoral scanner, CBCT (cone-beam computed tomography) and digital radiography, imaging technologies with minimal radiation exposure, the ENDORET PRGF centrifuge, the EPIC BIOLASE dental laser (USA), etc. All these technologies ensure greater treatment precision and help patients make informed decisions regarding their chosen procedures.

The clinic has 10 diagnostic and treatment rooms and is the largest Planmeca Digital Academy centre in Romania, a distinction that attests to the integration of revolutionary technology into all medical processes within the clinic.

The clinic also features an ultra-modern surgical theatre and its own laboratory, which combines CAD-CAM technology with the precision of internationally accredited technicians; this optimises the dentist’s time and ensures the patient receives, in less than 24 hours, a restoration that closely resembles a natural tooth, with a finish that is incomparable to work carried out using similar equipment in a dental practice.

To complete the project, the Dental Partner’s Group team provided us with logistical support for the supply and installation of equipment in our new clinic.

Furthermore, through our partnership with MedLife, the new clinic offers patients access to a wide range of medical services, including the collection and analysis of medical samples required for complex procedures.

DENT ESTET has recorded an annual increase of approximately 20% in turnover, a trend driven primarily by a significant rise in patient numbers and demand for complex treatments, particularly dental reconstructions. Over 65,000 patients have been treated at DENT ESTET clinics, which currently receive 350 patients a day.

Established in 1999, the group of dental clinics has expanded continuously and now comprises eight clinics for adults, teenagers and children, one of which is in Timișoara.
