In practice, in suitable cases, the implant is inserted and fitted with a fixed temporary crown on the same day or within the first 24–48 hours, so that the patient can quickly regain their smile and confidence.

Dr Alexandru Georgescu emphasised, during the programme ‘Sănătate cu stil’, that the success of this procedure depends on a careful assessment of the case and the stability of the implant in the bone.
