This case involved treatment with Straumann® Pro Arch dental implants in the upper arch, carried out using digitally guided surgery and subsequently completed with a definitive fixed restoration on the implants. The treatment was planned and carried out using modern digital technologies, including 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanning and dynamic occlusion analysis with ModJaw.
The final result provided the patient with a fixed, stable and functional set of teeth, with a natural appearance and significantly improved comfort whilst chewing and during everyday activities.
The patient, Gheorghe G., presented at the clinic requiring a predictable solution for the replacement of compromised teeth in the upper arch. His dental condition was affecting his ability to chew, his day-to-day comfort and his quality of life, and he was seeking a fixed alternative to conventional prosthetic solutions.
