Like other clear aligner systems, Invisalign® treatment begins with a 100% digital orthodontic diagnosis. DE Smart Ortho Team doctors use dental X-rays, digital impressions, and intraoral/extraoral diagnostic photos to gather the necessary data. This information is then sent to Align Technology, Inc., the specialized manufacturing company in the United States.
Based on the orthodontist's treatment plan, Align Technology specialists use the 3D ClinCheck® software to precisely calculate the pressure needed to align your teeth. This ensures each tooth moves in the correct sequence and at the optimal time.

Invisalign® Express
Invisalign® Express is ideal for patients with minor crowding who want to straighten their teeth before veneers or correct minor relapse from previous orthodontic treatment.
Treatment involves a maximum of 10 aligner sets and typically lasts 3 to 6 months.
Invisalign® Lite Full
Invisalign® Lite is the optimal solution for correcting moderate orthodontic issues, such as mildly crooked front teeth, minor crowding, small gaps, and slight alignment problems.
Treatment uses up to 14 aligner sets and typically lasts 6 to 7 months. This option includes a 2-year warranty from the start of treatment, allowing for additional aligners and treatment adjustments for up to 24 months, if needed.
Invisalign® Comprehensive
Invisalign® Comprehensive is recommended for more complex cases requiring correction of a range of dento-maxillary anomalies.
Treatment typically lasts 12 to 18 months to achieve optimal aesthetic and functional results. Aligners are generally worn for at least 22 hours per day. This option includes a 5-year warranty from the start of treatment, ensuring an unlimited number of additional aligners, at no extra cost, to address any issues that may arise, even after treatment completion.
The Invisalign® Treatment Process
1. Specialist consultation
The initial consultation is essential for creating your orthodontic record. Your DE Smart Ortho Team specialist will conduct a detailed analysis of your dental health using modern diagnostic methods, such as panoramic X-rays and intraoral 3D scanning.
Your doctor may also recommend an occlusal consultation using MODJAW™ 4D technology to identify your bite type, which is crucial for personalizing your Invisalign® treatment.
2. Digital scanning
DENT ESTET clinics use the advanced 3Shape TRIOS Real Color scanner for 3D digital impressions. This state-of-the-art scanner provides a 3D simulation of your teeth and tissues in true color, making the treatment process predictable and safe, while virtually eliminating the risk of human error.
3. Treatment plan presentation
Based on the diagnostic results, your doctor will create a personalized treatment plan, including a detailed preview of how your smile will transform throughout the treatment.
4. Ordering your Invisalign® aligners
The information gathered by your orthodontist is sent to the specialized Invisalign® laboratory in the United States. There, technicians use advanced 3D ClinCheck® software to create your custom set of transparent aligners. These aligners will be applied directly to your teeth under the supervision of a DENT ESTET specialist.
5. Applying the Invisalign® Aligners
During a follow-up appointment, your orthodontist will fit your first set of Invisalign® aligners and provide detailed instructions on aligner wear, the schedule for changing aligners (typically every 10 to 14 days), and aligner care.
Each new aligner will guide your teeth closer to the desired alignment, gradually achieving the final result.
6. Monitoring your treatment
Throughout your treatment, your orthodontist will monitor the progress of your tooth movement and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
