This case involved complex oral rehabilitation using EMAX dental veneers, premium zirconia crowns and endodontic treatments carried out under a microscope prior to the final restorations. The treatment plan was complemented by gingivoplasty, Digital Smile Design and, subsequently, orthodontic treatment using aligners to optimise tooth alignment and the final result.
The result gave the patient a more harmonious smile, a balanced occlusion and premium restorations integrated into a multidisciplinary treatment plan.
The patient, Carmela R., came to the clinic because she was unhappy with the appearance of her smile and with some old prosthetic work that needed replacing. In addition, several teeth required endodontic treatment and complex restorations to restore function and aesthetics.
Following the clinical consultation and digital planning, the medical team recommended a multidisciplinary treatment plan combining cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, microscopic endodontics and orthodontic treatment with aligners, to achieve a functional, aesthetic and predictable long-term result.
