Dr. Anamaria Mariș

Dr. Anamaria Mariș was born and raised in Maramureș, a place rich in tradition, history, and simplicity. She always knew she wanted to pursue dentistry, as it was the field in which her family worked, offering her inspiration over the years.

A few years later, through her volunteer work during university at various institutions focused on children's health education, she was convinced to choose pediatric dentistry: “I realized that most children see the dental office as a hostile environment, where people don't empathize with their pain.”

Today, Dr. Anamaria Mariș is a pediatric dentist with the DENT ESTET 4 Kids team in Arad and is also pursuing her residency in General Dentistry.

“I thought I could be the doctor a child needs…” Dr. Mariș shared with us: “For me, pediatric dentistry is the best decision I could have made.”

Her daily motivation comes from the smiles of her patients and the joy they feel when returning to the clinic, even after initially being fearful and anxious. The honesty and gestures of gratitude from the children make her happy and help her forget about everything else.

In her relationship with patients, empathy and love are her greatest assets. She loves each child individually, listens to them, understands their fears, and stands by them because it's important for them to be confident and to know that their dentist will never do anything they don’t want.

In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with Hugo, her 2-year-old Labrador.
