Luciana Ungureanu

Luciana Ungureanu is the Dental Office Manager at the DENT ESTET Craiova clinic, where she oversees operational and administrative activities, helping to ensure that processes run smoothly and maintaining a high standard of patient care. 

Her career began in the medical field after graduating from a post-secondary healthcare college, and she subsequently gained experience both in Romania and in England, where she worked as a general healthcare assistant. Working in an international environment focused on excellence in patient care, as well as participating in various professional development programmes, has strengthened her communication, organisational and coordination skills. 

Since joining DENT ESTET, Luciana has progressed through several stages of professional development, moving from the role of nursing assistant to that of coordinating assistant, an experience which has given her a comprehensive insight into clinical practice. 

She is currently involved in coordinating the administrative team, managing patient relations, drawing up personalised financial quotes and supporting the decision-making process to identify the most suitable treatment solutions.
