In his role within the DENT ESTET group, Marius coordinates the entire procurement cycle – from identifying needs and negotiating with suppliers to implementation and monitoring – as well as internal audits, compliance procedures and cost-efficiency projects. His mission is to create an operational framework in which medical teams can carry out their work in the best possible conditions, and patients can benefit from a premium, safe and predictable experience.
