Procurement and Compliance Manager
Marius Andone is the Procurement and Compliance Manager at the DENT ESTET group, a professional with expertise at the intersection of procurement, internal audit and operational coordination. With a solid background in economics and management, Marius brings a rare combination to the team: the analytical rigour of a process-oriented professional and the ability to build bridges between people and departments.
Throughout his career, Marius has gained experience in roles covering the management of relationships with international suppliers, the development of internal procedures, the optimisation of operational processes and the management of official documents within growing organisations.
Every stage of this journey has shaped him into a professional focused on clarity, collaboration and consistency, convinced that a team’s success is built on solid foundations and genuine communication.
In his role within the DENT ESTET group, Marius coordinates the entire procurement cycle – from identifying needs and negotiating with suppliers to implementation and monitoring – as well as internal audits, compliance procedures and cost-efficiency projects. His mission is to create an operational framework in which medical teams can carry out their work in the best possible conditions, and patients can benefit from a premium, safe and predictable experience.
Colleagues describe him as calm under pressure, attentive to detail and always keeping an eye on the bigger picture. An empathetic communicator who knows how to adapt his message to the context and who combines professionalism with authenticity.
“Operational excellence is not just a professional requirement, but a form of respect towards colleagues, partners and, above all, towards patients. I believe that what makes the difference is how you manage to combine professionalism with authenticity. For me, that means being fair, consistent and present. I believe in clear processes, in people who work with purpose, and in the responsibility to do things well, even when no one is watching. Excellence is not a result, but an attitude.” – Marius Andone
